Delivery & Returns Delivery Delivery times given are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, however on most stock items delivery can be expected within 5 working days of order. Delivery only takes place to UK mainland sites. Corr Chilled cannot be held responsible for products being out of stock and any delays in delivery this may cause. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays as soon as possible. Deliveries unless stated are to kerbside only and do not include unpacking, positioning or installation. Where positioning and unpacking is available this will only take place when the site is on the ground floor and has clear access. If a delivery is unable to be carried out due to a site not being ready or accessible or if there is no one available to take delivery then the item will be returned and a failed delivery charge will be incurred. This amount will be dependant on the size and quantity of the goods in question. The Delivery Checklist: Please carry out the following on arrival of your goods: Check with the courier that the make and model of the unit is correct Check the packaging is intact and not damaged If the unit is a kerbside delivery, once unpacked and positioned please check for any damage to the unit or any of its additional parts. If there is found to be any damage please contact us within 48 hours with your order/invoice number, the unit make and model and the exact details of the damage. Please do this within 48 hours of receiving your goods as failure to do so may result in the goods not being replaced. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are correct. If the goods are not required, incorrect due to a mistake was made when ordering, we can have them returned providing they are unused and we will refund you, less the return carriage and a restocking charge of 25%.
